Default CEL - O2

If my check engine light is on because i have an o/r x with no mil's . will that effect the performance of my car?

Yes.... Get the mils or a tuner to turn them off.

how will it effect it?, cause the lights on the car wont run to its portential?... and can i use someone elses tuner to shut it off, or do i need to buy one myself?
