Default Amp Bad?

I got a Kicker 2 channel amp that I want to bridge to one sub. The left speaker output works good. The right speaker output is not working. I hooked up the sub to just the right output to mess around with it. I adjusted the gain thinking that could be the problem, but it made no difference. I have RCA's running from both jacks in back of my H/U and tried every combination trying to make it work. I went and got an adapter to bring 2 into 1, but I couldn't figure it out. Also, I have the white jack from the H/U to white on amp and red to red, but red from H/U will power white on amp. I know this sounds confusing but I really would appreciate a little help. Thanks in advance.

try switching the red rca into the white and see if the input to the amp is bad. Otherwise take it to a local shop and have them bench test it to be sure.
