Default Heads/intake ports

One of my customers works for a machine shop as a head rebuilder. When he told me what he did i told him i was interested in porting my heads and intakes. He saidthey don't normally do work like that but that he could do it. He asked me how much porting i wouldneed and if i neededa valve job to go along with it? I didn't know now how to answer him. So my question is , are there particular demensions when it comes to porting? do the valves have to be reworked too? help.

Default RE: Heads/intake ports

Go to a local parts store and buy high flow/high performance gaskets for your year, you'll need new ones after the port job. Then get a new valvtrain kit from www.supersixmotorsports.com and or www.rpm-mustangs.com you'll also need this. Then have him port match the heads and intake to the gaskets.
