Default WMS Cold Air Intake

<FONT face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" color=black size=5><FONT size=4>Hi all i have a ?.... i have an 03 gt bassani X pipe flowmaster cat-back, march pulleys, superchip and thats about it for inside... i was looking throught 5.0 magazine and i found what it seemed to be a bad as* cold air intake by WMS it states that it has 28 rwhp im like no way so i call the people up and im like this intake wasn't tested on a supercharge cobra was it... like a lot of people like doing and then putting it down on paper so people that are power crazy like me and you would go nuts.... and he told me that it was on a stock 01 cobra..... so if any one out there has this induction system please let me know if its worth the $449 that its worth ohh yeah and it comes with a 95mm mass air sensor... so would i have to change trottle body too?</FONT></FONT>

No you wont have to change the throttle body, just make sure the injector comes calibrated to you size injectors. I will go out on a limb here and say that 20+ hp of that setup comes just from the mass air meter, and in addition a Cobra revs alot higher than your gt, and thats where the aftermarket bigger meter shines, at high rpms. You won't get as much gain as that cobra did.

Default WMS Cold Air Intake

I have the WMS on my '94. Its only from fenderwell to MAF but even i noticed a difference. I wish they made a complete setup for the 5.0like they do for the 4.6 causeI certainly would have gotten one. WMS is devoted to ford performance (especially cobras)and I think you would be quite happy with this product.
