They are direct replacement so they fit fine.

Hey Tacobill et.al...

I live in Puerto Rico, where it's obviously very humid.  My rotors get a rusty hue almost every day before I drive my '06 GT.  I know, I know.  Nasty.  anyway, I'm thinking about getting some of these rotors from rotorpros, but I'm wondering if the zinc plating really is DEEP.  So, any of you who have had them for a length of time, how are they holding up?  Still shiny?  Or has the Zinc plating been worn down?

Muchas Gracias for your help!

Contact Rich at Rotorpros at info@rotorpros.com and he may be able to answer your concerns.

I have a friend in Florida running these Rotorpros and his rotors started to accumulate some surface rust in areas where the pad doesn't contact.  He ended up spraying his rotors flat black (entire surface including the center vanes) and then took it out for a short drive.  The brake pad area wiped clean and everywhere else is black.

Oh one more thing, why didn't you upgrade the pads while you were at it?

How much did you pay for them?

I paid $330 shipped (they're also in CA).  Was told it would be $20 more for shipping outside of CA.

Included was an additional $20 to have the hubs painted silver (comes black if no paint option is selected).

FYI.. the whole rotor is zinc plated and hubs painted with hi-temp paint.

If your pads are somewhat worn, Rotorpros offers a set of low dust performance pads for $90 (complete set).  I used my factory pads due to the limited amount of miles I had at the time.  I have a couple friends who did the rotor swap at around 10k miles and still kept the factory pads, it's really up to you.

Please keep in mind that these prices were from May of 06.  My suggestion is to contact them for the most current prices.
info@rotorpros.com  or (714) 309-3620

The only thing I'd like to add is that the price from Rotor Pros is wayyyy high. Another of my sponsors, Brake Designs, Inc.http://www.brakedesigns.com/home.php?cat=3660 sells the exact same rotors for $195.00 per set of four($107 for fronts, and $88 for the rear), and you get your choice of silver or black hubs at no additional cost. They are the same exact Centric brand rotor that RotorPros sells, with the same exact part numbers and plating, and you get your choice of single or double cross drilling. They are located on Orange County, Ca. Go to the link, or call Jon or Victor(the owners) at 714-626-8818. If you want more info, pm me. You can see the part numbers in TacoBills pics and mine. Zero difference, except for price gouging!

Sorry, Bill! That's the way it always is, isn't it? Usually it always happens with non-returnable stuff.

those look cross drilled as opposed to dimpled. i believe rotor pros guarantee that they wont crack due to design.
