ok i have had the car for a couple years and the guy that had it before me didn't take care of it at all so it has always looked really dull. i have done mechanical stuff and kept it washed and waxed. a few people have said to me that the paint is fine, i just need to take a few hours and really buff it out. i am looking for suggestions to make my car really shine. thanks for your help everyone!

I would recommend getting a Porter cable package. This will have everything needed to really take your paint to a whole new level. This includes the PC,backing plate,orange light cutting pad,white polishing pad, and gray finishing pad. The PC is completely safe on your paint and you can get awesome results.

I would go with either Poorboy's SSR's or the Optimum line for your polishes. Both are fairly priced and do an excellent job. These will really bring your paint back. Then use ClearKote Red Moose glaze to give your paint a really wet look. Then you could top with a sealant or wax or both. I usually do both for maximum durability and a little more in the looks department.
