I see Dual written in the link. That tells me plenty about what lerks when the page loads if I am to click on it. Which I didn't and wont. Invest your $400 in a decent deck and add a cheap monitor ($100) if you really want a monitor.

Sorry, and I want to hear no one say, Don't bash the equipment. Because if I say it's ok then you buy it and when and if it breaks in under a year, you'll go "Man the Mustang guys said it was allright, guess they dont know what they're talking about."

Like I said spend $300 on a good deck, heck you can even find some decent Alpine decks that do play DVD's and have outputs so then you can just add your monitor to that.

You should just really steer away from Dual.

let me clarify what seight is saying. STAY away from Dual, "the company, brand, piece of **** what ever it is" but a Duel din as in 2-din or more known as double din is ok for our mustangs especially the ones with the 460 or 1000 systems.

I had the same reaction.  As I put my arrow on the link and saw DUAL in the link and realized that it was not even worth my time to see if it was "the good DUAL" since it is sittin right next to the unicorn, which is next to the rainbow easily noticed by the pot of gold at the end of it........

jvc is not too bad, not the best but not a bad bang fer the buck.

What are you wanting to spend and what do you want?

DVD player http://ikesound.com/product-product_id/1863 $70
Monitor http://ikesound.com/product-product_id/5840 $100

A real HU http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=4953 $300

That leaves $100 to help pay the insurance deductable after you rearend someone.

You could also just buy a mack daddy setup....  http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=5024

Could not have said/suggested it better!

I want to add one thing though, you know you can easily "hide" the DVD player, so dont think your going to have way to much crap to wire and install. You can get creative and mount that screen almost anywhere. Think of where you want it and if you cant think of a way or you think you way is questionable, stop back in and we'll help you out.
