I just installed new springs to drop my 99 cobra convertible 1.5 inch. I also put new 18x9 wheels with 265.35.18 on the front and 285.35.18 on the rear. When I drive it makes a noise that sounds like something is rubbing against something and you can also feel it in the steering wheel. It isn’t a consistent sound. It makes the noise every time the wheels rotate because the noise speeds up and slows down along with the car. It sounds like it is coming from the front and also the back but it doesn’t look like the tire if rubbing against anything. Anyone have any idea of what it could be? I did install it myself with a friend and I will be the first person to admit that I am not experienced with cars. I also did install an exhaust but I don’t think that has anything to do with it. Please help.
