I have a buddy that has an 03 Cobra with the Eaton M112 S/C. He's going to be upgrading to a Ken Bell. He told me that ifthe Eaton fit my 05 that he would give it to me for cheap$$$. My question is: will the Eaton M112 fit my motor? seeing that they both are 4.6l. Thanks for the info.

I beileve it might...with adaptor plates...I am not very familiar with the trucks...I believe the intake is slightly different...but I could be wrong on that one...I just know that it would not fit our s197
