I just joined today.
Last year I bought a '87 GT convert, I bought it from a picture....I was told that it just needed a little cleaning on the interior! It had a white interior that was spray painted gloss black!, it was worst than it sounds. , I had to wait till dark and turn on the lites so that I could read what switch's did! I replaced 100% of everything in the interior.
The body had 3 layers of paint on it that was coming off in large chips, top paint was purple, and all the trim was painted purple also, it HAD a tall wing on the rear, and it's lowered 2" and it's rust free!
I had the body stripped, and straighted out, and painted "Arrival blue" it has a Mach I hood, custom rear bumper cover, and a '93 front bumper cover.
I need to replace the top and put some 17" wheels on it, I already have disk brakes with 5 lug all around for it.
The motor runs great, smooth, but it has no guts. it has Flow Master exhaust with out a "H" pipe (yet)
Pat

Quilty as charged. I read for a good month before joining. Sort of crazy, I had the site in my favorites, but only joined when I finally got the car bought.

Great site, and a lot of good chat and info shared. Glad to have found you all through a search engine.

05 GT 5spd. 75 miles after today (delivery last night) plan to road trip her (at varing rpm) all weekend !!!

Hello all, I'm new too. My first post was in the "Breaking In" Thread in the 05 Mustang forum. I'm currently waiting on a Black 05' GT Dark Charcoal, w/IUP, Shaker 1000. My build date will be 2/14/05, a good Valentine's Day. By the way I'm keeping my fingers crossed on that Shaker 1000.

Hi, new here, have a 95 GT convertible, black, black top, black leather interior, has quite a few modifications already done planning on getting some of the kinks worked out and start off by trying to find out the fuse panel layout which is missing from mine.
