Default Where to buy Ferrea valves?

As the topic says...I can't find anywhere other than effing ebay.

On a side note, would it be safe to run 1.9/1.6 valves in GT40P heads? Stock is 1.84/1.46. I've been told by several that itll be okay. Thanks!!
