I just now see the look of the rich people having the regular GT500 and thinking they got the hottest mustang out there... For the regular folk this car will be impossible to obtain...

I like that its gonna have real hardcore suspension tuning.....none of that sissy boulevard cruiser ride quality that the standard GT500's shipped out with. And 3.73 gearing (as opposed to the standard GT500's 3.31's)............oh my. There's even some rumors sprinkling around that they may have an aluminum block developed for the KR......which would save at least 100 lbs or more off the frontend. But I'll believe it when I see it.
This, folks, is what the GT500 should have been from day one. Just a beautiful car. That DCF500GT style hood is absolutely perfect.............I almost wish now that I'd have bought one before they went under.

Are you ok? The GT500 is an awesome car. The KR is that, plus a little more awesome. Are you mad because you can't afford one? Are you upset because your intelligence level can't comprehend supply and demand? Or are you just mad becasue your thread kinda died?
Looks sweet. I'm kind of wondering if they'll call it the KR or if it's just the next edition of the GT500. Either is good, just give it independent suspension out back.

What I like about is CHANGE. It is just a little different from the 07 GT500. I look at an S197 and I cannot tell if it is a 05, 06 or 07. I do not understand why Ford cannot do that every year. Just make something different on the exterior to set it apart from the previous year. Oh and I do like the hood pins. fd
I can afford one, just wouldn't be willing to pay more then sticker (so I guess I can't), my first FORD was a 64 Galaxie and it wasn't that old of a car then, I have been through new pintos, Grenadas, Mustangs, Econoline vans, etc. Ford and I go way back, don't care if the thread dies, this is just a great way for Ford fans to share information. A production run of 1000 is very disappointing.
