i just reinstalled my motor in my 89 notch and now my fuel pump wont come on if i unplug it at the tank and jump the pump to a battery the pump runs but it doesnt shut off until i remove the jumper wire. One of my many upgrades is a bbk fuel pressure reg and high flow rails . if i cycle the fuel pump by the jumper the car will run but if i just hold the jumper on there the motor dies like its getting flooded out. help
