MS emissions

I am down at college and dont plan on driving the stang back home due to how long of a drive it is. I am now going to register my car down here in MS. The DMV website says that they do not require smog or emission checks, just the standard general inspection. Does this mean that I can finally get an O/R mid pipe and not have to worry about anything besides maybe a sound ticket or something?

In NE PA we also just have a general inspection.
No emissions either. However, they are suposed to
look for any modifications. If you really want to take
off the 4 cats I'd go with high flow 2 cat system.

I already have a mac catted H-pipe but want to get the O/R version. Im going to get my first inspection here in MS in about a month and wont have the O/R yet so ill see what they do about looking under the car. If they dont... then O/R here I come.

Try to keep the orriginal to offer when you
sell the car in the future.
