It IS long and dragged out because MD had LITTLE to work with :)
Track was closed when I had the camcorder, and clutch was slipping too.
So racing people wasnt really an option or I would've looked horrible.

Somehow pulled off a burnout with slipping clutch, and got my shifting and exhaust tone down too(tho it didn't come out too great :(, well it was better than expected but you hafta hear this in person;))

Can't my track closed way back in October :(
And yeah decided on almost everything for the new block.
Just need to figure out the lift and duration on the cam n crap, and we're all set with the plans.

Decided not to use a new factory block, and went with the FMS r302
think the part number is something along the lines of M-6010-r302
It's basically Ford's version of the dart block.
Same specs and everything.
Actually I'll post what I have for a spec sheet at the moment in a sec or two.

No nitrous cuz it would've barely felt like anything, and looked like anything really.
Clutch was slipping like a bitch and the bottle pressure was very low.

Don't worry, they'll be much better ones next year.

Here's what i believe....Cars got faster and Centerforce fail to respond... Meaning 500-600 horsepower cars are everywhere now..back in the day...you never saw them, Now you can be at the light next to a cobra sounding completely stock...Not knowing it has a Kenne Bell dynoing more than 630 rwhp.....:D

Centerforce may have just failed to make their clutches stronger therefore making them unreliable.... I hope that makes sense..:D

Had it Dyno'd several times, that noise you hear (once again) is my clutch slipping.
As for the wheels, You can findem basically anywhere.
95 Cobra R's, generally run around 200ish? or less.
Can't remember.

And yeah, she burns oil, but that's ok :)
Still runs strong as ever on the engine, and as you said it's being replaced with a Mighty Beefy one :)

Didn't once spin the tires...
granny shifted and drove it so horribly normal
Sucked so bad.

That's why it pissed me off so much...

Yeah, The previous owner had Flowmaster 40's on there, So I replaced em with some packs.

Obsol3te, your shifting was well above average. My late Uncle Harvey could make a 5-speed shift like an automatic. Just lightning quick. Took years to perfect, but he was the best I've ever seen, God rest his soul. Think of your shifts about half the elapsed time. You're closer to it than me, bro.

Was that a little smoke I saw at the first of the vid? Looked a little blue, but it could have been chilly, too. Overall, it's a pretty good vid: totally dug the burnout - veddy nice. Seemed like a lot of country driving in the middle. If that was for emphasizing the sound, then I see it's purpose. Your steed sings a nasty little note!
