Status: offline ok, i have been reading through this forum and some others, and i continually see people talking about their timing being 10* or 14* etc. what does that mean? i have been trying to figure it out, but havn't been able to make much headway. i am guessing it has to do with valve timing, but beyond that, im not too sure. any help would be great. thanks

Status: offline 10 degrees is stock... and 14 degrees is what every one like's to advance them to..... accomplished by turning the distributor..... and using a timing light to check it out according to the harmonic balancer....
