I'm getting an 07 GT with 18" factory rims in two months.  I want to put these 18" x 9" black Cobra bullet rims on it.

My question is, I don't know the width of the factory rims.  According to Ford's website, the 18" rims are wrapped with P235/50/ZR18 tires - will these factory tires fit the 18" x 9" Cobra rims?  If not, do they make black Cobra rims that will fit these factory tires?  I can only find these black Cobra rims with 9" and 10" widths so far.

Or do I have to quit being a cheap bastard and buy a whole new set of tires?

PLEASE HELP...

I'm new, I'm new, I don't know what to do...

I have yet to see a setup with a 9 inch wide wheel and 235 tires.  They say the recommended size for a 9 inch would be 275 at least...so I don't think the stock rubber will fit the cobra bullitts.

One thing about buying tires, don't just look for what's cheaper.  Tires are something that you are going to live with for a long part of your vehicle's life.  Just my opinion.  Good luck with finding tires.

V-6 is for real drivers. Go buy a Jetta if you want gas mileage and a chicks car. Buy a V-8 Mustang if you have no driving ability and need the extra horsepower to compensate and feel like you''''re fast.
