is this kit able to go on a completly stock front suspension aside from a set of H&R springs ..?
second thing is i bought a set of front spring isolators from you guys i understand where the disk isolator goes
but where does that long urethane tube go that comes with the kit..
thanks in advance for any help...

Yes, it will go on a completely stock suspension... it is designed to fix bumpsteer on any 94-04 lowered Mustang.
The tube on the isolators goes on the bottom of the spring, around the coil itself... like a Jacket... The reason why is because the bottom coil just dead ends... without meeting the other coil above it... so a flat isolator will not work.

wow.. im a do0f.. that makes perfect sense now just hope it will fit those coils are kind of tight.

are offset rack bushings the same as A arm bushings

Sorry for the late reply... no offset rack bushings go in your steering rack.
A-arm bushings go in your front control arms (mounting/pivot point for the front arms).
They work on different areas of the suspension.
