I have recently installed L/T Headers, I have loaded a new tune from Brenspeed to turn off the O2 sensors, but every now again I get the CEL, when I run a check of the touble codes nothing comes up. I have checked and double checked all connections on the exhaust and nothing is loose or disconnected. What could the problem be? she still runs like a raped ape. Have any of you had this same problem? Brent from Brenspeed said, that I don't need the MIL Eliminators because of the tune he sent me. HELP

That should be correct.  He turn off the rear O2 sensors.  Now the front one is still on so it might be coming from that sensor.  But that sensor needs to b active still.  I am not sure why no codes though.

More than likely the codes you are getting are common codes for longtube headers. It's like a 02 sensor slow response or delayed response code. The front 02's are further downstream than their normal position where they were located on the stock manifolds. It's taking them a little longer to respond and start giving feedback to the computer. I read that when you start your car you are suppose to let the rpms come all the way down to the normal range before driving off, this supposedly helps this problem. It's important to note the code and check to see what it stands for. Maybe someone esle will chime in.
