I have seen a Mustang with NY plates running low 8's in the 1/4. I'm willing to go out on a limb and say this guy had some help from a garage owner ;)

I went to the Route 66 raceway here with my friend cause his dad owns a 96 Dodge Viper RT/10, they ran a 12.499 with a bad clucth and i/h/e. The coolest part was that it was a viper club meeting so there were around 30 vipers running the 1/4 and one ran a 10.1 witha 200 shot. Thats the coolest i've seen in person. </P>

Old sears point raceway John force Hydrolocked a motor still took the win and melted the car, to dam near nothing. All time favorite is the late world champ Gary Ornsby. Nothing is better than top fuel ,the roar goes right thru you body and seeing cars go 300 + mph in less than 5 sec. is a blast.<IMG src=smileys/smiley17.gif border="0">

I guess I gotta go with Auqua, car wise the Fuel cars are awesome! The absolutely most impressive thing I Have ever seen was an SR71 on take off, next best was a MIG29 doing the Cobra move..
