Pulls up to me at a light, and I'm like GOD GIVE ME TRACTION!!!!!!!!

Light turns green I got him off the line, BAM tires spin & he pulls to my front bumper, 2nd BAM tires spin & start wheel hopping and he pulls a good car 1/2 lengths on me.

This is pissing me off!!!!!!! I should just give up and buy tires and quit my bitching right?

Buy new tires and a supercharger. You wont have any problem smokin the z28

Get the new Kenne Belle S/C, according to the article I read in the new MM&FF it makes a cobra killer out of a GT.

Yeah that's what I heard about the Kenne Bell s/c. You know how much that thing costs though? Just curious. I'm looking to s/c my GT, and I'm looking forward to "OWNING" a few camaros.

How do you figure more than a supercharger?

I think 400 RWHP is more than enough to own a stock LS1.

ya u dont need more than 400hp to stomp on some of the more stock-like camaros around. but u gotta remember one thing...theres always guyz around with the same plan/idea u have about ur car, then u WILL need more than 400 *L*

I think with some nice soft tires I could of held on to his bumper or maybe outshifted him. I simply cannot go more than half throttle in 1st gear anymore and I gotta be extra nice in 2nd gear.

N2o44: The suspension is stock. I don't think I will have this car much longer after next Spring, so I'd rather spend a few bucks on tires rather than suspension parts & labor right now.

He's only got 50 hp/ 24 ft lbs on you. Get some cams, intake and exhaust man. Even up the hp torque numbers and go get him.
