a completley riced out eclipse.....not gsx or gst ..... or 1996 3.8L auto with bbk cai and flowmaster 40 series dual chamber....plus somthing else that makes me a little bit faster than most of the v6's my body style. ( i have no idea what it is...im starting to think a tune bc it happens mainly with 89 octane gas).......so who do u think will win..... as far as i know the rice has a fart can and a body kit....

should be pretty close. the non turbo eclipses are weak. like 140hp and 133tq

You never really know unless you do it. I beat a Vette with my 6er Camaro cause the guy couldn't drive and spun out when he grabbed 2nd.

dude singleports are not that bad. i can hang with my budy that has a splitport. he is a convertable with 20's and an auto so that may make a diff.

the 97 eclipse weighs about 2,900lbs and the v6 stang same year, weighs 3,071 lbs with a chit load more tq. it shouldnt be that difficult for even a singleport stang against a non turbo 2g eclipse

20 inch rims? Way to big for a new edge, IMO. And single ports are 43 HP less than splitports. Even with the auto he should still have an edge on you. Maybe the 20's are REALLY heavy, lol.
