K ..if n e one could tell me what MIGHT be wrong with this then please help lol anything would be great!....we took out my tranny and replaced the seals which were leaking...we put the tranny back in and everything then put the fluid in and it doesnt move!!! it did for like a couple minutes but thats it...we thought we might hav over filled it so we drained some and then it ran hard down te street and almost didnt make it back..now it doesnt move at all...any suggestions about what could be a possible complication??? thanks...

nvm mind on that one...i'm puttin in a new tranny...fyi...its a 1989 mustang 2.3 L

  You may not have gotten the converter back in all the way and messed up the pump,I've seen it happen a couple times,the transmission is an A4LD and when the converter is in all the way it should rub on the bellhousing when you turn it,it will make kind of a rubbing noise.Also make sure the spacer behind the flexplate is in good shape and that it doesn't have and chips out of it,hope this helps a little bit.
