Fox Body Ash Tray Door

What's going on with this ash try door? It makes the 'Stang look ghetto. My boy has an '86 notch back, an '87 convertible, and I have an '88 convertible. All the ash tray doors are flopped off. WTF?

Does anyone know of a reliable place (via the internet) to get a replacement/repair kit?

Is this a problem on the SN95's too?

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm a little disappointed that it costs ~50$ though but I guess those things are in high demand and so goes the price. I'll probably check it out anyway. Nice LX too; something to shoot for...

I dont know if you could find it on the search, but there was a member on here that fixed his with simple home items. Unless you need a whole new door. I am sorry I cant remember what he did to fix it.

Maybe I'll search through the threads and see if I can find the message you're referring to. I don't need the door itself, just the springs and latches. Following the link that PRO-- sent above, it looks like they don't give a color option. I think what they are offering is black or greyish while mine needs to be dark red... so I wouldn't actually be able to use the door they provide anyway.
