I don't know I beat a Corvette from around those years, not by a whole lot, but still a win, your car is heavier than mine, but you have some other mods. If you launch and shift perferct, and they don't you may have a glimmer of a chance.

I say give her HELL! One night i went up the our local drag strip with OB, i raced against a 94 Vette, red, 5 spd, stock in appearance. I beat him twice i raced him. I ran a 14.4 he ran a 14.6. I ran a 14.5 he ran a 14.6. So given the right driver you can have him. I've also beat my buddy with a 98 Z28 in a street race. Me and my buddy with an 04 Mach were beating up on him. First race was Mach vs. EVo ( modded) and he got waxed pretty good. Then me and z28 i beat him, mach vs. z28, beat pretty good. Its only because my buddy with the Z, thought he could just mash the throttle when flagged. Not a smart idea. But at the drag way, after going every Friday night he now runs a 13.6 totally stock. So now i wouldnt even try to race him.
Yeah i guess im gonna have to give em hell... the odds are against me but then again who knows. He just started driving stick recently and thinks that hes all that since he has a vette. I hear him all the time in the lot and he rides that clutch better then anyone i know haha
