Hi AutoBadges! I was wondering if you could fill me in on my order status.
The first oder was placed well over a month ago. I was told that it would go out today (3/16) I'm just wondering if it made it to the post. Order number: 2738
The second order was placed last week. It was for some black SS inserts. Order number: 3022

So, I got my SS inserts today. Oddly, they are not black as I ordered. This is starting to get a bit frustrating. First, a month and a half on the pony (still hasn't come) and now the wrong inserts. Ugg!

Pony is galloping to you. I do apologize for it taking so long but my airbrusher had 2 cars and a truck to paint before the order
For the inserts I dont know wtf happened, send them to me and I will send you replacement BLACK SS 99-04 inserts..I just so happen to have a pair in stock!

As I look at these inserts, I'm wondering.... are they really chrome? I compared them to some chrome on my car and they are much darker, but compared to black they are very, very light. Are the black inserts CLEARLY black, or are they ambiguouse?

The are not CHROME anything, they are STAINLESS STEEL...BLACK SS has a darker tone that is dyed into the steel. Show me a picture and I will tell you, but it should be very very clear if they are regular SS inserts
I feel like a total ass for questioning you guys. I think I expected darker. But, nonetheless, they are very nice. I'll put them on and share a pic with everyone.
Well, I came home today and found an unexpected level of dissatisfaction. I mean, come on!!! I finally got my custom pony and I just don't know what to say. Why couldn't you guys make me something that I don't care about screwing up? Why did you have to send me a piece of art that is too nice to expose to the open road? GOD, really guys!
This thing is friggin awesome! I almost don't want to put it on... as it will make the rest of my car look like junk.

damn it you made me think you were really unhappy!!! LOL you got me good! I am glad you got it and love it. It's our job to make them AMAZING for you, just wait until its on the car and you show it to people, they will drool :)
