Why did you choose a 99-04 V8 mustang for your choice of car?

I chose my mustang a 03 GT zinc yellow black top vert because I thought the car was priced right looks VERY,VERY fast, even though some others are faster and I enjoy the top down every chance I can., How about you guys WHY did you choose a 99-04 V8MUSTANG for your choice of car?

Because I got rid of my POS DSMs. I was looking at wrecked V8s and these were pretty cheap/looked good....the rest is history now

there alot of different reasons
1. it was priced right 99 5spd GT Vert wit 60K fullyloaded for $8,000
2. wanted one for a long time
3. didnt want to drive a jeep year round
4. wanted something fast that i could beat the hell out of and wouldnt brake for not to much money
5. and something that would attract the girls and would piss off there parents

I was between '99 and up F-body cars and 99-04 GT's. I went w/ the GT b/c of price, potential, the way the car sits the driver compared to a camaro or firebird, easier to work on, and as always the mustangs just looks a lot better than any other car IMO[8D]. It might not be as fast "out of the box" as other muscle cars are, but heck, you can make a grocery cart fast if you put enought money into it

I sawthis slow a$$ stang. I felt bad, so i bought it. I promise the stang i would make it fast so other cars would not laugh at it. It is a little bit faster, but the stang isn't happy it said, till it can't find traction in all of 2nd gear and half of 3rd.

I like the looks of them over the sn95s, s197s, and f-body's. Also, I like their reliability over the Camaros and Firebirds. Unfortunately, they're slow as hell compared to ls1s stock for stock though.

I absolutely love the styling, and I've always wanted a Mustang. If I had money I would of gotten a Terminator but I got what I could afford at the time. It's okay though, because there is a good chance I will be getting a supercharger sometime this summer.
