Default Clutch Height

Whats up guys, My clutch Connects really high,like just about at the top.i was told it should b somewhere in the middlewhere it should connect. How do i adjust that so it connects there, or even is there a way to make it connect there?

If it's really high it could be worn.

I'm not sure if the 00's still use the plastic adjustable quadrant. If you, flick the pedal upwards with your foot. It will take up any slack in the cable, although, high pedal most likely means no slack.

The only downfall to a high pedal is it may be adjusted too tight and the clutch will slip. Too tight is also hard on the throwout bearing because it's constantly loaded.

Mine engages about 2/3's the way up.
