Default Sean Hyland Cam

102600 XE270AH .550 .550 234 238


Hot street cam, needs 3.55 + gears 2000 + stall. Intake, exhaust,
computer & spring upgrade recommended, noticeable idle

What exactly are they wanting me to have before the mod. my existing mods are below. thanks

I was looking on sean hyland motorsports and it says that this stuff was nessacary for a stage 2. thats alot of crap to buy. I dont even know what some of it is. Its inder the cams for a 2v 46 if u wanna look thanks

Yeah, looks like thats all you need to do. Stage II gets pretty expensive. LOL Stick with Stage 1 and you will see a good 30hp gain.

It says valve springs reccomended? are they just wanting me to buy more stuff, or will i see more power with them. It says 599 for cam and 199 for springs+install (Jd would u know how much that would run?) Anyone know how much a port and polish job would run at a local place?

NO. For stage 2 cams you have to have different valve springs because the lift is more that stock cams.

valve springs arn't gonna change your piston to valve clearance, the cam MIGHT be ok, beehive springs is definetly the way to go, an easy 20-30 hp, and besides that last time i got 2 heads p&p was about 550, but don't do that until your done building low end so everything is matched
