Default 18s for my 1991 gt

I have a 1991 GT convertible with only 6k miles all original!! not kidding, it has been in the garage since bought brand new by my uncle. I am looking for 18" wheels for the summer, something around 18x8.5 and 18x9.5. what would be proper offsets for these wheels so that they would fit pretty aggressively and be even with the fenders, not a fan of the tucked look. o and is the proper bolt pattern 5x114.3? im new to the mustang scene, i own a nissan 1991 300zx tt show car and 05 infiniti g35 coupe. the mustang is a project with my uncle for the occasional summer drive. thanks in advance. Vinnie
