Default replacement window :[

ok so my week has been unbelivably horrible, my system blew out in my 65, so i take my 5.0 out tonight, and i drop the top and my back window broke :[

does anyone know where i can get a replacement window???


possibly a plastic?

Look for either a car being parted out in the classified section, or at 50resto.com either one should be able to provide you with the rear window. Just out of curisity how did the window break(If you know)???

to be honest i dont really know i was putting the top down and then just kinda heard a hard pop, looked in the back, and yah, seeee yyaaaahhh window

Thats sucks man. I broke a latch that way. Went to latch the top down and pop.... Split the rivet in two. But it was easier to fix. I just took a bolt and grinded down the head to make it work. Hard to do that with glass. Was there anything in the part where the top goes. You're not supposed to, but my jumper cables fit there so nicely.

noo thats the thing, there was nothing, it was a little rough to put down but just wiggle it a bit and it was good, so yah it sucks but im looking for a replacement

Hope is not too expensive...I broke the rear window on mty 2004 Expedittion and with the install and all I paid around $1,000 bucks......

How the hell was it that high. I always had the same guy come fix my windows in the driveway. My truck windshield was like $200, and both windows in the back of my suburban we $400. And that was him coming to me.
