Just wondering why the rebates dropped from $1k to $645 for the 07's? Also their are no low aprs available now. Just wondering whats the deal.

the apr for a 36 month is 2.9% which is what I just did last week when I received my 2007 GT

$1,000 if you don't use there financing and you could get an additional $645 if you buy an automatic(but why)

I got approved for a 4.9% for 60 months through Ford Financial. It was either that or a 1,000 dollar rebate...I chose the low APR it just worked better for my budget.

I dont see that they are selling them more. At my dealer all the cars they have, have been on the lot for months. Fords sales are way down for Feb. and March. I think Ford is just trying to make up for their billion dollar losses by taking away our rebates...which really sucks. My gt is being delivered March 22nd, but my salesman did say I would still get the $1k rebate, which is cool.

New to the forum. Sold my G35, ordered a GT, Cal Special a couple of months ago. ETA at dealership is tomorrow, 4/4/07. Does anyone know what rebates/incentives are in effect since the previous rebates/incentives ended on 4/2/07?
Another question, the vehicle "release from plant" date was the week of 3/12/07. 3 to 3.5 weeks transit time, is that normal?
