Default Tire Newb

I know absolutely nothing about wheels or rims. Is it good or bad to put 18x9 on front and 18x10 on the back of a 2001 v6? i was thinking some chrome bullitts if it matters, and what the hell kind of tire do you need, i see tires with these sets of numbers for them, what do they mean?

As long as you accept the fact that you can't rotate and the cost would potentially be greater for the tires they would be fine.

You could use a 275/35-18 for the rear and 245/40-18 for the front

could also run 265/35/18's in front and 285/35/18's in the rear...

or you could get crazy and run 315/30/18's in the rear
