Was wondering if anyone out there has gone and changed from a v-belt config to the serpentine? I've bought a 351W long block w/o intake and carb, waterpump or altenator so I have to put them on and was wondering which would be the best way to go. If I go to serpentine I would then need a reverse rotation water pump??? Is there some sort of swap a guy can do from later model Fords?? Brackets needed would be??? Thanks in advance guys.

$$$$$$ for a good one - check out the Vintage Air Frontrunner system (this is the only single bracket unit that I have seen and that beats the heck out of those other ones using multiple brackets and hyme joint.....). I am thinking about adding one of these but it is about $1,800 for this but it is better than the Zoops IMHO. You can get something from March that will include brackets, 140 amp alternator w/pulley, reverse water pump, A/C pulley, crank pulley for about $800. So it kinda depends on what you want to get, always seems to boil down to money with these old cars If money is no option, I say go for the Vintage Frontrunner with A/C in the brite finish package - so sweet but for about $3k it should be!

It can be done as shown on my '65 Mustang Fastback.
Most of the parts can be had at a pick and pull yard from a late model 5.0L Mustang. The reason I have the serpentine setup is because I originally had an '85 Mustang GT. I swapped the 5.0L out for a 351W and then an even stronger 351W. That car got a bit long in the tooth and I got my current '65 fastback to replace it. I swapped that 351W engine into my fastback, got it running and then proceeded to park it for several years. I pulled it out of storage and have since swapped back down to a 302 which you see above.
The only bracket that won't fit from the 302 on the 351W is the black one on the right of the picture that holds the AC compressor and the power steering pump. You'll either have to modify one from a 302 (I have a spare one of these) or look for one off of a truck. You will need to make sure you are running a late model harmonic balancer or a Professional Products or equivalent type balancer that allows you to use different spacers to match the fox body length so that your pulleys will line up.
You'll also need a radiator with a left hand outlet and a reverse rotation fan. Frankly, it may not make financial sense unless you can get all the parts at the wrecking yard.
Are you talking about the AC compressor? The delete kit is around $30. Something has to be there, if you remove it and run a smaller belt, as it runs from the Alt to the PS pump the belt would rub on it self at the water pump pulley. The Smog pump would be mounted below the Alt.
