Its very easy................the stock muffler needs a little elbow grease to get off but after that.....no problem.....with the MRT theres more room to work with because of the shape.  Took me like 20 minutes......to install my MRT

Should be pretty easy; I got my Magnaflow installed in about an hour.

Some things I would suggest if you don't have them already, or if they are not included with your muffler package:
* Locktite for the bolts
* A U-clamp is better than a circular clamp
* If the MRT doesn't have 3 hangars (the Magnaflow came with 2), you might need to buy some flexible metal and bolt it to the 3rd hangar assembly.

Sorry if I didn't get the terminology right :-p

Loosen up your exhaust hangers by unbolting them.. it should give it a little more give so you'll have more room to maneauver it out. When installing the MRT one it's very easy to just slip it in.

put ur damn strength into it and push it on there...u gotta twist it on so that it is all the way on!  Shine a flashlight and make sure that that slit in the muffler fitment is filled with the midpipe.  Also, you only use two of the hangers...the one towards the mid-pipe and the one towards the rear of the car....they look pretty identical.  Have fun.

I just did this last week...

1) I got under the car and located all three hangers and their bolts.
2) removed the bolts to all three hanger (6 bolts total if I remember right)
3) loosened the clamp on the end tube of the stock muffler.
4) rotated the stock muffler back and forth till it came off.. took a while cause it's big and there isn't much rotation room.
5) moved the stock muffler over and placed it next to the MRT and moved the two hangers over to the MRT.
6) got back under the car and inserted the end tube into the exhaust and roted back and forth till the MRT could go no further.
7) rotated the MRT slightly so the hangers lined with the bolt holes and bolted them in.
8) tightened the bolt on the connector clamp.

that was it... took like 20-25 minutes total.

Don't really see what the problem is, just loosen up the hangers so they're just barely on there, and put the muffler through both of the holes at once, push it back towards the bumper and it should slip right onto the exhaust pipe, then tighten everything

It'd be a pretty big disappointment if it didn't wake up the neighbors, wouldn't it?

My old-aged neighbors always look out their window as I drive by in the morning with my single Flowmaster AT.  And that's even at low RPMs.  Loud exhausts are fun.

Just wait till you get out on some long stretches of road and lay into it a bit.  Roll the windows down, buddy, make some noise.
