I have recently installed FFRP 4.30 gears. I want to switch to 18" wheels, with 45 aspect ratio tires. Will this combo, affect the way the 4.30's get up and go? thanks

I think it depends more on the overall diameter of the tire more than the aspect ratio. The smaller the diameter, it effectively gives you more gearing and a tire with a larger diameter works the opposite way. Smaller diameter tires have more revolution per mile. For example, I switched from 235/50/18's which were 27.3" in diameter to 255/40/18's which are 26" in diameter. At the time I had a 3:31 gear ratio but changing to the smaller tire effectively made it a 3:42 gear ratio.
