From your quote, it is apparent to me you haven't driven a twin screw car. What you think is top end 'pulling' with a roots doesn't compare to the top end on a twin screw'd car. My argument is backed up by Ford switching to a twin screw in the ford GT, and Saleen switching to the screw in 03. The problem is that the roots blowers aren't as thermally efficient, as well as a very different hylix type rotor. I've owned both and tuned several. Still don't believe me? If I had taken you for a ride in my twin screw S281E, you would have been scared. The baseline you described above is in comparison to nothing. Now what you need to do is go for a ride in a 03-04 cobra with a twin screw blower vs. the Eaton roots and you'll understand.

Let me try this again. This has nothing to do with any other blower. I am not comparing it with the twin screw. I know the twin screw is way better, thats a no brainer. It was stated that the Eaton is no good up top, but would be way better down low, and you agreed. We went out and raced, all conditions the same, except 2 races down low, and one up top, the Eaton performed way better up top. How about you explain that? And don't bring up any other blower, this is not a discussion about Eaton vs Twin screw. The test was the Eaton racing a car down low, then up top, all other conditions the same. The Eaton performed way better up top. Simple as that. The real life tests don't lie.

I do agree. She is a little hot headed and half of us dont even care what she has to say because its always leads to an insult on a Mustang. I remember she was all over me in the live chat room one day and I just said hello. LOL Isnt there a WS6 board out there???

I never have a problem with anyone until they make snide and rude comments, reap what you sow. Well, I'm glad someone said sorry for me... as you can see, I don't "pop off" until someone says something out of line, and I purposely jump all over them because they need to learn to keep their comments to themselves when the comment is unnecessary... I don't find my comment to 94Cobra quite as bad as what he said... 94Cobra was trying to be funny I guess and someone didn't find it very funny, they found it insulting, so they said something in defense of that other person, not a crime there. Anyways, back on topic...

Hmm, thought we were past all that, and there was a perfectly good explanation for it... as you can see, I get asked a lot in other posts, "Where have you been?", I've been spending my time on a "ws6 forum", I just didn't want people to think that I thought I was too good for the forum now that I don't have a stang, so I try to stick around... Look JD, I have nothing against Mustangs... I'm opinionated, and thats ok... Just certain things tend to stick out on Stangs that I don't like, and vise versa with GM, I mean, I really don't like camaros, I think they are UGLY. Anyways, as I said above, back on topic...
