HELP no start
thanks to me being stupid and taking my car to pepboys i have been without it for some time now. i finally got it towed to another shop this afternoon and the mechanic is going to look at it in the morning.
what started as a fuel pump installed turned into a nightmare
long story short the car will only start if the "spout" (small plug where you connect the timing light i hear) is removed. Problem is that it sets the base timing so without it the car will run like crap. if the spout is put in the car will not start. replacing the spout has already been tried. ignition coil replaced, distributor replaced, rotor and cap replaced.
has anyone seen a problem similar to this? i would REALLY appreciate any help. i have been without my daily driver for over 2 weeks now and i use it for both school and work so you can imagine the pain it is to get rides from others every day.
