Im currently having the hardest time finding an unabused Gt for a decent price. I have sold off a few of my cars and currently now have 12k in the bank account. That is ALL i have, as in I have no plan to take out any loan of any kind at this time, so please do not come with a car asking me to give 13 or 14k . Now for some more details: must be 00-03 model, 5 speed, <70k miles, NO wrecks or any damage reports that show up on a carfax, close to stock. Located in northwest Florida and am willing to travel any distance within reason to pick up the car.

lol I bet you would. I know your just kidding but just in case someone were to think about saying that for real, I have 12k yes and am ready to spend every penny of it for a car that is WORTH 12k, however I will not overpay. And in case you really wanted to sell your car for a little lower price no thx man trying to look for sumthin little lower in the mileage.

Have you checked the local autotrader online?

yes and yeah, I've been trying in the for sale but just not enough people really seem to go in there for some reason. And I have been constantly checking the local auto trader and while there have been many between 7-10k they all seem to have 85k+ miles on them.

nah no thx man its no so much just the engine as it is just the whole mentality I guess of looking at the odometer and seeing those lower readings. And the only thing I would be interested in purchaing with over 70k-100k would be just that, an older cobra

I have a 00 GT but I am in Oregon, so that won't work for you and I won't sell my car. I love it. You won't be sorry about the year you are choosing but if you could swing it in any way get the 03 cobra. Those are sick. I wish I had gotten that but I got my 00 with 06miles on it and was not able to get fleet rate on the cobra. I walked out paying around 18k for mine.
Good luck and happy hunting.

if you find one its going to take a while, i drove about 15 mustangs before mine, 14 of them were abused;)
Why just 00-03? Whats wrong with 99? You can find a NICE low milage 99-00 GT for less than 10k EVERYWHERE! Just look on Ebay and Autotrader DAILY

I dont have a problem with 99 really , but low mileage ones CANNOT be fonud everywhere. I check ebay and autotrader daily, in fact I'm on both right now, and 90% of the 99 models have 80k+ miles on them.
