They both have their advantages and disadvantages. Sure a S/C takes horsepower to make horsepower, but a turbo runs very hot, because of the exhaust gases. You don't want hot air going into your intake. I'm sure either one would be awesome in our cars. You can only have so much power without forged internals anyway.

I am just pointing people in the RIGHT direction and giving them the facts.  The thing is that most of what people know/hear about turbos are from 1980's turbo and nothing else.  The reason I am fed up with this kid is because he keeps posting wrong facts.  I am not in anyway forcing someone to get a turbo.  I am just telling them the pro's they got over a s/c so they can make a right decision.  The thing is I know so many people that started with a s/c be it roots/TS/centrifugal and what not that have switched in the long run to a turbo for the ease of daily driving and the power when you really need it.

Then why not post your turbo opinion when someone asks for it?  You might have noted the title of the thread deals exclusively with SC and not turbos at all right?  Making one post point out the advantages of the turbo is fine, IMHO, but you keep coming back...  let it go and stop painting yourself as such an ass.  You don't see anyone making Nitrous posts in this thread do you?  (and I know at least one person who will give you a run for your money on nitrous useage).  Be an adult and let it go.

Because like I said most poeple are badly informed about turbos.  I am just out there to spread the info nothing else.  If I come as an ass then it is just a side effect.  I just get pissed off when people post incorrect information.  I know my 150 shot is nothing compare to other people.  Hell my dad runs a 400 shot.
