Is the price differance between the best spring shock combo and Coil-overs, worth the price differance performance wise. for instance, Tokico shocks and Steeda Competition springs. Vs. Eibach Pro-street coilover or the MM coil over kit.

Thank you

As far as something being "worth it" is really subjective. It is dependent on the customers goals and budget.

A Coil-Over kit definitely will provide a better ride quality / ride comfort vs. performance / handling.  It corrects the cheaply designed "modified Macpherson Strut" and changes your car to a true MacPherson strut design. It also allows you to raise/lower ride height.

A Coil-Over kit is a different ballgame... it is worth it if your budget can fit it in...

Sincerely,

What is the over all price differance? What are a good set of Coil Overs for mustangs and what kind of benefit is it going to give me from a track perspective, if I plan on doing High Speed tracks? What kind of benefit over the spring/shock combo that is?

Here is a link to our MM Coil-Over complete packages...

http://www.stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_listCategoriesAndProducts.asp?idCategory=120

These packages include everything needed to fully convert your car to an MM Coil-Over kit.

The advantages for the track...
  • Height Adjustability (fine tuning ride height for optimal track handling)
  • Stiffer spring rates (higher wheel rates vs. stock springs)
  • Better handling & control,  more advanced suspension geometry

Please let us know if you have more questions...
Sincerely,
