Default Anyone check their plugs after intake/tune?

Just curious how many people pulled a plug or two to make sure their tune isn't running on the lean side, I got bored today and finally checked a few and I was bit on the rich side but 100% safe Even though I had my car on a dyno and it was dead on, I still wanted to make sure my readings were accurate.

I'm afraid to pull my plugs with all the talk of them seizing in the block. Did you put anti-seize on the threads when you put them back in?

Do you use a torque wrench when tightening plugs? I never have before, but I never really had a good torque wrench before either.

I gapped my plugs and put them back in. I put anti seize on my threads also. Piece of cake.

Were any gaps off, and if so by how much? What did you gap them at?

My neighbor is deathly afraid of seize. My last car was a 2000 v6 mustang. At 115k miles I figured it was time to finally change the plugs even though it was running fine. He had me so afraid of breaking a plug off that we got a group of guys together to change the plugs just in case something went wrong. What a waste because those original plugs came out like they were installed the day before. They were toast too. Lol, I'm surprised that car ran because there wasnt much left of them. Strangely the car didnt run any different after the change.

Mine came out fairley easy, no problems at all, I didn't put anti sieze on them when I put them back in because I didn't have any laying around like I thought, and I just tighten them snug, the worst thing you can do is over tighten a plug in a aluminum head. I just cleaned them up good before I put them back in.

How did you gap them and what did you use to gap them with? Ford said that the stock plugs can not be re gapped other than what they set it at from the factory [&:]
