hey guys i need your advice, my dad is talking about gettin my bro a 00-05 GT, which makes me mad cuz he got me a V6. So after talking to him he said that I could give my bro my car and I can get the GT, so what do you guys think? I know its a given!!! but i have put soo much time an money into my car, so im confused. Its not a for sure thing yet. What I really wanna do is get a 01-03 cobra and do the switch, which I would go for. What are your guys suggestions>?

here's what i would do..seeing how you probably have quite a few mods on your car i would keep your v6 and then get the cobra..that is if you are sure that you can get one..if not then i would take the gt.

The 99-04 GT edge's are alot slower than the 05+ s197's GT's.
And I don't think your dad is going to drop 30k for a car on you unless your loaded.
Also the cobras weren't made in 2002, just 99-01 and 03-04.
And the power difference in them is also significant, with the 03-04 cobra being blown and pushing 390hp
And if your dad says yes, why not go with a GT. [8D]
It's common sense, are you going to keep the sex just beacasue you put money into it?
Your're going to put money into every car you get so you can't get "too" attached.
Get rid of it for the power and besides it will still be in your family.
