Default Roof rail molding loose...

Alright, I wasn't exactly sure where to put this on the site. I figured detailing was the closest thing to do with the body of the car and so hopefully I can find some help here.

Today while I was driving on the interstate I noticed a rattle coming from the passenger side. With further examination I realized that the roof rail molding on the passenger had come loose somewhere in between where it bolts on just under the windshield in front of the door and on top of the car.

The roof rail molding is a colored piece, part of the body of the car that starts above the door, roughly above the gap between the door and the rear quarter panel and extends all the way down along the windshield and side windows until there is a bolt or two (not sure), that connects it to the front of the car. This connection is just in front of the side mirrors.

I took the weather stripping off, and I saw that there were several screws holding it in place, all of the were tight. I'm wondering if maybe they were stripped somehow, as I was going 70 against the wind or if there is some other reason. I think there may be a few snaps as well, that might have come loose. Just wondering how this all fits together, if they're is some glue I could use to hold it in place that would be stronger than just snaps, or any other information. Thanks alot!
