i've got a set of saleen replicans(18x9) and i'm wanting to drop the car some. i was reccomended the ford racing C springs by a buddy online, just wondering if a change of shocks are needed, or whatelse is needed during a suspension change on these cars. looking to bring it down about an inch to an inch and half.

I've done alot of suspension work in the custom truck scene, but this is my first rodeo with a car.

The Ford C springs are considerably stiffer than the stock springs. In that case, I'd definitely recommend aftermarket shocks/struts.

You can get by without them... but the ride quality will be severely hampered...

any reccomendations?
