Wow, this needs locked.
You are basicaly outright calling our U.S. soliders murders. These are same people I went to gradeschool/highschool with.
If you acutally can honestly hold the opinion you do, our country is in a sad state of affairs indeed.
The only possible reason for this is simply believing everything you hear on NPR. Your calling our soilders murderers while suggesting we attempt to bargin with people that have only one interest: The death of every man, woman, and child on the planet that is not muslim. Bargaining (diplomacy) requires give and take, compromise. Exactly what points would you like to compromise on? The part where they kill all of us, or the part where the U.S. goes under strict muslim law and outlaws all other religion?
Who are the murders again?
I have met your type many times before. You are convinced you hate George Bush. Therefore, everything that he does is wrong. You have absolutly no solution for the problem, your just sure that any solution he comes up with is bad. Your sure of this because Dan Rather told you so!

I'm glad you joined the war effort against Bin Laden. It clear that you don't support the reasons that we're in Iraq, which I haven't attempted to debate you on. Like I have said multiple times, it's your opinion, and I'm not here to debate that.

Calling our soilders murderers is extremely insulting. They are doing a job, risking their lives, and making crap for pay all to support your right to be a left wing wuss... at least give them some support for that.
Like it or not, one thing is for sure. I would rather have people getting blown up over there than here. Thinking that we are not at war and that there is no purpose to being over there is foolish. Thinking that they are going to just up and stop one day is idiotic. And thinking you can just pull out and negotiate a peace treaty is simply suicidal.
