I had 4.30 gears installed htis morning. In the future I plan on going with a power adder, nitrous, s/c or turbo. Are the 4.30 gears going to affect the performance inhancing properties of the power addders, basicly what Iam getting at is, are the 4.30's going to make me rev out before the full benift of the power adders kick in? if so, what would be a good gear size, 4.10's, 3.90's, 3.73's or stock 3.55's? Thanks
Your lower gears will essentially be useless, and you'll have major traction problems, more than likely... That's a high gear set to use with any kind of power adder, unless you use NO2 and set it for WOT at 3rd gear and above.
