Bro,I find it wierd that the search button did not pull up anything! This topic has been beaten to DEATH!LOL! Anyways,it's like this.Shorties dont make any HP(5-8HP at most) & L/Ts will make on average(25HP).L/Ts are the way to go!Make sure you get them ceramic coated for protection & heat scavaging and there's a ton of companies to choose from! You will hear all kinds of oppinions. My oppinion,,I LOVE MY MAC L/Ts!!!!!!They really stepped it up with their quality and I paid 385.00 on ebay for them!!!!Thats all I got to say now!

Some of the Highlights. If you search for "Shorty" or "LTs" or "Long Tube" there are many many more.

I went with Kooks because I got a great deal but american racing as vsop said is very good aswell. From the dynos people have posted there is really no difference in any Lts as far is HP goes. Just get a good 304 Stainless set.

Another thing to mention is while the SLPs are 304 the one I saw had the cats positioned REALLY low. It appears to me ground clearance would be a large issue with them.

Kooks hang lower than the frame rails and hurt ground clearance some but not like the SLPs I saw.
