Not really.

Went by my local dealership to see their 05 they had in. My friend works there and he said they had him driving one around town with advertising info plastered all over the car. Some type of promotion.

Anyways as I get close to the dealer, someone else is driving the car and goes right beside me and revs the sh*t out of it.

I follow him into the lot, and the manager has a cow because he heard the guy and thought I was trying to race him. It was pretty funny for awhile.

I have to say, the car looks better in person than I thought it would.

Then one of the salesmen asks if I came up to trade for one and tells me he will give me a good deal on my GT.

I'm like WTF?

I guess. I told my friend that works there about it and I believe the guy is going to rode all this week about it.

wow.. now there's a guy i would definately trust to sell me a car. i'll go in and ask for an explorer and he'll bring out an F-150. i still have yet to see a single one here in Norther, VA. my goal is to get a 2007. never buy the first gen models. i figure by 2007, they'll have all the kinks worked out.

the ones here are already sold..or so I hear. Still havent seen one on the street yet. Im scared at what I might do when I do see one. lol

i remember my mom saying she reserved one at ted britt ford awhile back. i wonder if she really did or was yanking my chain. i highly doubt she'd give up her vette for a stang.

I talked to my friend at the dealer a little while ago and he said that the guy thought it was a GT with Cobra badges. He said that there is a guy in the area with a car the same color as mine with a body kit and Cobra emblems.

Anyways, we all got a good laugh out of it.

Haha. I hear ya on that!

A guy I work with is pickin up his new stang tomorrow... so when I pull into work next time we both work, and i see that stang, I might crash. lol.
