Default I need a new hood

my hood flew back and smacked into my windshield (its my fault, I didn't have it closed/latched)...it was bent, then my buddy bent it back to its original shape but there are still several rough spots, and the alignment if off.

Do you guys know of any good websites that sell hoods?

There are tons of site out there. Junk yards are also a good place since you will need to paint it anyway. I would look at cervini's simply because they are good quality and have a ton of choices. Do a google search and you will find more. Ebay also has some, but they have been know to have alignment problems when purchased from there.

its simple (it wasn't intended though):
1. Get SCT X-Cal 2.
2. Reflash your computer
3. Leave hood open (don't slam it yet so you don't wake up the neighbors - my mistake)
4. Go to nearest school parking lot so you can slam hood shut
5. As you exit your subdivision, accelerate hard. After 55 mph, you should see something that you would expect out of a movie...here comes a flash of yellow and BAM! all over your windshield
6. Pull over ASAP (*optional* - and wonder how you can hide this from the folks)

Enjoy.

Yo man, i know the feeling, I had the stock fiberglass hood on my 94. I was crusing down the freeway one night and there was some real nasty wind. All of a sudden i just see this black blur, fly away, I leaned up over the dash and my hood had seperated. I went home and looked it up on the net, and it was an actual recall for the mustangs. They didnt epoxy it right, so i got a new hood for free. Scared the hell out of me thats for sure.
